(When you begin to feel a little fatigued, just close your eyes and go inside. If you get to the bottom of the list and find that your conscious mind wishes to be active, you can return to the top and find increasingly finer distinctions within the images you see, sounds you hear etc.)
Once you are under hypnosis, anything is possible.....
